When should my child see an orthodontist?
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that children have their first orthodontic check-up around age 7.
An early evaluation doesn’t necessarily mean your child needs braces right away.
It allows Dr. Albert to evaluate how the teeth and jaws are developing and determine whether early treatment could be beneficial or your child’s smile should simply be monitored as they grow.
If your child isn’t ready for treatment, they’ll get to join our Kids’ Club for complimentary observation appointments.
