Can I get braces the same day as my consultation?
At Soul Orthodontics, you can get braces the same day as your consultation. We aim to make the treatment process as convenient and accommodating for you as possible!
Dr. Albert is a Same Day Orthodontist, which means you can leave your very first appointment with braces on your teeth, or your Invisalign® scans complete.
How to Get Same Day Braces
There are a few things to know before getting Same Day Braces. Here’s how to prepare:
1. Make sure you’ve gotten a dental cleaning within the last 6 months to a year.
2. Come prepared with your preferred payment method. If you have insurance, we’ll verify your coverage ahead of time when you schedule your consultation. Just make sure you bring your insurance info too!
3. Book a complimentary consultation with our Simi Valley orthodontic office, easily, online. Just choose a date and time that works for you, let us know that you’d like Same Day Braces, and we’ll reserve the time. As long as your teeth are ready for braces, Dr. Albert can place your braces on day one.
Your Complimentary Consultation
When you visit us, Dr. Albert will perform a thorough exam of your smile. We'll take a complimentary 3D x-ray and any necessary digital scans or photos, and Dr. Albert will use all of this info to create your personalized treatment plan.
Then, it’s time to place your braces! You can choose between metal braces and clear braces, and we’ll get started attaching your brackets and wires.
If you choose Invisalign, we’ll take a quick scan of your teeth, then send this out for your custom clear aligners to be designed and printed.
The whole appointment only takes about 1 to 2 hours, and you’ll have your own ceiling-mounted TV above you while you’re in our exam chair! Before you know it, you’ll have braces on your teeth, and you’ll be on your way to a beautiful new smile.
